This app was developed to support sharing of the phosphoproteomics data.
The data originate from KCl-stimulation experiments in isolated nerve termi.
The Ca vs. EGTA experiments compare synaptosomal response to KCl-stimulation in the presence of calcium ions (Ca) or under calcium-restriction (EGTA).
The Mock vs. BoNT experiments compare response of mock- vs botulinum toxin treated synaptosomes to KCl-stimulation

1. Select protein gene name
2. Deselect "Contain significant sites" to also see proteins without significantly changing phosphorylation sites
3. Select protein Uniprot Accession if there are several of them
4. Select an amino acid Position
